What happens if I forget my password?

You will need to call or email Sulfe customer service and ask for your password to be reset. Sulfe customer service will ask you for the last four digits of your social security number that you gave during registration for verification purposes. Your password will then be emailed to your current email address in one business day. Since your password is stored as an encrypted "key" we cannot view it, only email it to you.
